Lake Michigan Beach Property Owners Association (LMBPOA)
Annual memberships are available for property owners that have a home within specified boundaries within the Lake Michigan Beach community. It is recommended that you check with the association the make sure your potential home is within the boundaries (see PDF file below for contact info).
The association offers private beach access, parking and a clubhouse complete with event space and bathrooms. Membership is optional to residents. Those who choose to join pay a membership fee annually and receive access to the beach and amenities. More information on the association and additional contact information is provided below.
